Paul J. Allain, Architect APAC provides full architectural services from the beginning stages of design through construction administration. AIA certified and licensed architect, Paul J. Allain, along with a staff of licensed project architects, have the credentials and resources to meet the complexities involved in commercial, public, and residential architectural projects. At Paul J. Allain, Architect APAC we pride ourselves on our versatile Interior Design Department. Our Department and Interior Designer is NCIDQ certified and licensed in commercial and residential design. In commercial projects we have the credentials and resources to submit life safety plans and code analysis to the proper municipalities for permits, including the St. Fire Marshal's Office. In residential design our interiors department has the connections and distinguished skills to communicate designs to contractors pre, during, and post construction, as well as, the experience to assign cost and budget estimates pre-construction. Our interior design services can be provided through a virtual interior design experience or a traditional interior design experience.

​Paul J. Allain, Architect APAC specializes in the preservation, restoration, and rehabilitation of buildings listed on the National Register and/or located in historic districts. The firm has extensive experience in historic façade restorations, adaptive reuse, historic interiors, grant writing, and state and federal historic tax credits. Paul J. Allain, Architect APAC brings the knowledge and proficiency necessary to fulfill the Secretary of the Interiors Standards for Rehabilitation needed in the historic tax credit process, and utilizing our understanding of the economic feasibility of historic developments into consideration for both public and private clients. As testament to our work, Paul J. Allain, Architect APAC has performed historic architectural work in several historic districts throughout all of Acadiana, successfully contributing to the revitalizations of multiple historic buildings and historic districts.
